1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how PetCare+ collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in our iOS/Android app and website.
By using the app you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Data we collect
We collect only data needed for features you choose to use:
- Account: email, name, password hash (passwords are never stored in plain text).
- Sign in with Apple / Google: account identifier and email when provided.
- Pet profile: name, species, breed, gender, birth date, weight, photos, chip number, emergency phone for QR.
- Medical records: vaccinations, visits, reminders, documents (PDF/photos) you upload.
- Walks: GPS route, distance, duration, steps (with your consent).
- Apple Health / Health Connect: steps and activity — only after system permission.
- Apple Watch: walk sessions, feeding logs synced with iPhone via WatchConnectivity.
- Photos & video: pet avatar, AI analysis, community posts, marketplace listings.
- Location: walks map, nearby clinics, geo channels (with consent).
- Push device token: reminders for vaccines, walks, bookings (if enabled).
- Subscriptions: plan status (Free / Premium / Family) via App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Community: posts, comments, channel messages, direct messages.
- Marketplace: listing text, price, photos, service bookings (slot, note).
- Family access: invited member emails and roles.
- Support requests: topic, message, app version when you email us.
- Technical: device type, OS version, language, anonymous crash logs (no pet health content).
3. How we use data
- Registration, authentication, and sync across devices.
- Digital pet passport and medical history.
- Push reminders for vaccines, medication, walks.
- GPS routes and activity statistics.
- AI features (chat, photo analysis, daily tips) using pet profile context.
- Public QR page for lost pets (only data you choose to show).
- Community, channels, chat, marketplace, and service bookings.
- Premium / Family subscription processing.
- User support and app stability improvements.
- Legal compliance and abuse prevention.
4. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Processors include:
- OpenAI — AI text and image processing.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, IAP, APNs, HealthKit, watchOS.
- Google — Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android push).
- RevenueCat — subscription status and receipt validation.
- Render / PostgreSQL — API and database hosting.
- S3 / Cloudflare R2 — uploaded photos and documents.
5. Your rights
- Access and export (Settings → Export data).
- Correct data in your profile.
- Delete account — email us at uu36548@gmail.com.
- Revoke location, Health, push, camera permissions in iOS/Android settings.
- GDPR rights for EU users — contact us by email.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
